During the 47th Krakow Film Festival apart from two well-known short film sections there will be the third, brand new section presenting feature-length documentaries. As usual, documentaries of a total running time not longer than 60 minutes, fictions and animations up to 30 minutes will compete for the statuettes of Dragons and Hobby – Horses. Online training course on Conflict Resolution Dear colleagues, Our NGO RESPECT Refugiados is launching a new online training course on Conflict Resolution. Since we can't prevent conflict, the most important thing is to learn *how to handle or manage it *in productive ways. What is critical for resolving conflict is developing an understanding of, and a trust in, shared goals. However, there are several strategies for coping with conflict. Knowing when and how to use these techniques can make you a more effective leader.
